The name 'Nole' ® is the registered mark of the EqerCell corporation and is the common name for their range of PermaCell power supplies all of which employ the principle of Decoupled Momentum[1].
No one knows how they work because any attempt to reverse-engineer them results in the Nole disappearing into some form of spontaneous trans-dimensional pinhole.
